Deadline for the payment of the registration fee: 15 working days after receiving the pro forma invoice.
For the opening of the conference and the scientific presentations, II of the B building of the Pannon University. will take place in the conference room on the second floor. (Veszprém, Egyteme u. 10; building B). Posters and exhibitors' stands are placed there.
Lectures:
Projectors and notebooks will be provided. The lectures can be uploaded to the notebooks during the session breaks. Duration of a lecture with discussion is 20 minutes (at least 3-5 minutes should be reserved for the questions).
Posters:
Poster dimensions: 100cm (height) x 70cm (width). The fixing materials (glue, pin etc.) for the posters will be provided in place.
Full registration fee (3 days, with dinner on April 15h): 40.000 HUF
Discount registration fee (3 days, without meal): 30.000 HUF
Daily registration fee (1 day, without meal): 20.000 HUF
Young researcher* is reg. fee (3 days, with dinner on April 15th): 25.000 HUF
Supporters’ registration fee: 100.000 HUF + VAT
Supporters’ daily ticket: 50.000 HUF + VAT
* The registration fee do not include any meal
** researcher under the age of 35 without a PhD degree
The registration fee includes organization costs, room rental fees, rental fees of technical devices and the price of the conference proceeding. One author per lecture and/or poster should register.
Registration and Abstract Submission
Before you can register as a participant you have to create a user account.
In order to complete registration please fill the registration form and upload it in PDF format with signatures. The deadline for uploading the registration form(see below) upload is March 10th, 2025.
The abstracts of must be prepared in DOC/DOCX format according to the template shown below.
After scientific approval’ manuscripts in English can be published in the journal Hungarian Journal of Industry and Chemistry. Upon registration please mark if you want to take this opportunity.
If you would like to publish your presentation in the journal, please send only a short abstract to the conference proceedings. Detailed information how to prepare the manuscripts and submission deadline will be given later.

Accommodation: individually.
Hotel Magister Hostel (www.hotelmagister.hu) is a good quality hostel for a fair price. Free WIFI is provided. The conference venue is about 7-8 minutes’ walk from Hotel Magister.
